These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Krikkya website and all associated services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Krikkya. Continued use of the platform without reading the terms means any future objections will not be accepted.

Krikkya reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Members will be notified via their registered email, and the updated date will be published on the site.

To open an account with Krikkya, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. A national ID or other supporting document may be requested to verify your age.
• Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in your account being closed at any time.
• Registration is not permitted from countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law.

After registration, you may be required to complete account verification (KYC). KYC becomes mandatory before large withdrawals or transactions above a certain threshold. Typically, a copy of your national ID or passport is required for KYC.

Krikkya supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where possible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Rules If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Krikkya reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Rules Any bets found to be associated with match fixing or manipulation will be voided.

For bet settlement, Krikkya follows the official results issued by recognized international sports federations. In the event of any dispute, Krikkya's decision shall be considered final.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only. It will not be issued more than once on the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement (typically 10x to 30x) has been met.
• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Krikkya. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain unfair advantages
• Opening an account under someone else's name or a false identity
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Match fixing or misuse of insider information
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using a third-party credit card or payment account
• Harassing or engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other members

Krikkya's fraud prevention system operates around the clock. If suspicious activity is detected, an account may be automatically flagged for verification.

Krikkya reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If you are found to have provided false or inaccurate information
• If proof of being a minor is found
• If KYC verification fails or required documents are not submitted
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (2 years)

Members may also close their account at any time if they wish. To do so, Help Center contact us. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
